Good breakfast surprises
The hotel's breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a delicious variety of options. The friendly staff and clean rooms, and the proximity to transport was convenient.
The room was on the smaller side, and I found the need to leave my key at reception a bit inconvenient. Some room updates would enhance the overall experience.

Excellent, excellent, excellent
The cozy patio adjacent to the breakfast area was the perfect spot to enjoy my coffee amidst fresh flowers. I was thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the breakfast, with everything from decadent pastries to rich local coffee. Plus, the superb pressure of the shower ensured a refreshing start to my day!

Very nice and stilish boutique hotel near Milan Central Station, welcoming and professional staff, excellent breakfast and service. Rooms are small but cosy and spotless. Some on the 4th have a little balcony. The small garden is a peaceful place to rest in summer. Feels like home.

the location near central station made it very easy to get to. the room was adequate and clean. we did not have the breakfast choosing the local custom of coffee on the run.
The towels were what we would call large teatowels.

I really love their breakfast and the restaurant environment. It is very cosy and welcoming, lots of choices.
As for the room itself, it looks kind of old while satisfies basic needs. More like a three stars hotel (apart from the outstanding breakfast). The A/C does not work too well and the room got a bit hot in the middle of the night. No english tv channels.The surrounding area is a bit sketchy, but it is only 3 mins walk from the subway station, very convenient indeed.
